I'm going to Belgium for a short while and I'm vegan. I'll be cooking most meals myself but I obviously want to experience the culture as well. Vegan chocolate won't be a problem from what I've read but apparently the chips are cooked in beef dripping and being Europe I'm guessing most foods aren't vegan. I don't mind eating prior to going out then just having sides but has anyone been? Or somewhere similar? How did you find it?

This is my first time being vegan abroad. I've done veggie before and that's not too bad but most places just give you cheese instead haha.

And no, I am not willing to throw aside my morals for a holiday so not being vegan isn't an option.
