I have that same spot on the outside of my upper thigh. I figured it was eczema because it runs in my family and I had childhood eczema when I was younger. Mine gets itchy at times so I put cocoa butter or hydrocortisone cream on it. If you are really concerned it can't hurt to ask your doctor.

Eczema :( avedas stress fix lotion or aveeno eczema cream are the only things that work for me. I have a recurring patch like this on my hand.

My doc says in a pinch topical hydrocortisone cream is okay, 1% or less. If it's really itchy ask your doc if you can use that.

It looks like execema to me. Try coconut oil and/or hydrocortisone cream.

Do you rash easily?  I get rashes like that all the time on my arms and hands and stomach.  If it doesn't go away in a week, I would see a doctor just to be safe.
