Confused on ovulation

Ok so I've been doing opk everyday and was close last nite but not positive yet. Took my temp this morning and had a spike and just got a positive opk. So I'm confused if I ovulated last nite or not yet? My temp says I did but my test says I'm about to now. I did take my temp 2 hours later than normal so I don't know how much a difference that makes in temp? Any insight would be helpful thanks. :)
