Strange dream

So I had a dream last night that I went to my aunts work (she's a nurse for a orthopedic surgeon) and she did a ultrasound on my back because I was in pain. She started at my neck and went all the down to right below my ribs when she saw on the screen I was pregnant!! So strange but it felt so real! I can only hope it's a glimpse into the future and I am pregnant!
