I want to know my baby's gender!!!! Any at home tricks?

I have my doctors appt today and I am excited to hear my baby's heart beat again :-) but I'm also hoping she will tell me I can soon go for my ultra sound to find out what we are having!!! I am becoming so impatient ... It's yard sale season where I am and the cheapest deals on used things are at these... I have two boys so if this ends up being a girl I want very girly pink and purple things I'm so tired of blue lol.
Has any one ever done any at home tests or wives tales that actually worked for them with telling the correct gender?
My first son and second I had different cravings one sweet one was mainly healthy food... Morning sickness with one but not the other, so those old wives tales have only been half right for me.
I took the intelligender test for my first and it was right but I don't know if it was just chance.
