Pregnancy tests 2

Went to dr today, 10 days past period. Took 2 at home tests they were positive. Dr tests was negative at 3 min but then they went back to check again & it was positive!!! I think my HGC levels must be low. Now I have to wait 3 days for blood tests results. Dr scheduled an ultrasound in 2 weeks but didn't order any vitamins/Iron. Any thoughts? I'm pretty sure this all means I'm pregnant & need to start taking care of my healt ASAP
