Sex question?

Question

I have heard that a certain time in your pregnancy you have to use protection during sex. Because semen is bad for the baby? Have any of you lovely ladies heard of that before? I will be asking my doctor in my next appointment on Thursday. Just wanted to see if any one has heard of that.

Definitely untrue. In fact, near the end it's helpful because semen can soften the cervix and help prep for labor.

Not true at all. I had sex up until the day before I went into labor with my daughter. Doctor said it was perfectly fine.

You have a big old mucus plug between your vaginal vault and your baby. Unless your SO has some infection, sex is fine.
