Need help

Im 5 weeks andi started bleeding again first it started out like light red/pink then it went to very light pink  to red again now its light pink very light is there something wrong or is this normal i dont feel there is anything wrong i know im pregnant but dont really feel it other than being tired sick from time to time heartburn i had a m/c last year. I just wanna know if there is anyone else out there thats gone through this and went on with the pregnancy? Anything will help
