Will the heat hurt the baby?

I live in Texas, and my air conditioner has gone out. The part to help see what's actually wrong will take two weeks to get here... Right now my house is about 86 degrees... I have an extra fan in the bedroom to help me sleep but worry about the heat on my body for the baby (7 weeks)

I have noticed that when I get hot my morning sickness decides to crank it up as well...

Women in other parts of the world where there is no AC have babies all the time. Stay hydrated.

Just keep your self hydrated and when you feel the heats getting the best of you try taking a cold shower to cool off...

It won't necessarily directly hurt the baby. However being pregnant you are more prone than usual to getting dehydrated and heat stroke so you need to make sure you stay hydrated and as cool as possible if you are starting to get dizzy you need to figure something else out besides using just a fan, try a wet towel by the fan to change the air temp
