Do you eat lunch meat while pregnant

I'm just curious as to how many of you are eating lunch meat while pregnant. I have been eating a sandwich about once a week. There's not much food I can eat without getting sick, so sometimes I eat them even though I shouldn't. I had them less often with my first pregnancy, and didn't eat them until after the first trimester. I have never heard of anyone getting sick from lunch meat though and I know the lunch meat manufactures are taking more procation to eliminate listeria.
