Any one go trow this I'm 31 and 24 weeks preg

On my 12 weeks scan everything came good as blood work too, now last week on other scan at 23 weeks baby is growing good and everything else but the found a bright spot on the intestine they call Hyperechoic bowel and doc give me 2% to 5 % of DS well after that they do more blood test waiting for the results in two weeks and schedule for another ultrasound on July 13
