25 weeks 5 days w/Twins-Bed rest😞

I'm 25 weeks 5 days expecting boy/Girl twins, due Sept. 17th. I'm also a mommy of two, a boy 8 yrs old & a girl 6 yrs old. So far the whole pregnancy has been pretty good, had a couple scares in the beginning with bleeding, & 6 weeks 5 days. It was from a subchronic hemorrahage & was gone by 14 weeks, then found out baby A-girl has a marginal cord insertion, I get a U/S every 4 weeks to monitor her growth, so far both babies are growing great. The past few weeks the pregnancy started getting much harder, I work part time, have 2 kids & am always on my feet between that, appts & errands. My feet have been swelling badly for a couple months, but getting worse, especially the left one. The past week my left foot & ankle has been worse, & is so painful even barely touching it, & swelling is going up my calf muscle. I've been getting Braxton hick contractions since 17 weeks, there increasing as the weeks go on. I'm always worried about preterm labor because of how uncomfortable even painful they get, plus with round ligament pains, & now think it's affecting my sciatic nerve, have a pain from my lower back going down my left leg. My back has been killing me, somedays aren't to bad, then others I'm in so much pain, & know being on my feet so much isn't helping. I haven't been checked, so I'm always worrying that I'm dilating, or having real contractions & don't know it. I Saw my doctor today, & he said I should've been on bed rest as of a week or two ago. He said he wants me in bed rest for now on, & gave me a prescription for compression stockings, & Friday Friday when I see my ob again have to get a pregnancy belt, & he wants me to see a chiropractor that helps with pregnancy. I see my ob again Friday, if they don't check me, I'm gonna ask them to just to be safe. I have so much going on it's hard not to be on my feet, my fiancé helps a lot thank god, but he works full time, so only time I can really rest is when he's home. The kids are on summer vacation as of next week, & we rent a house, & we recently got a notice from our landlords asking us to move within 30 days, because their brother is moving to this state & wants to live in the house!! I'm worried about everything as it is, & now to have this on top of ot, & we still need to get so much baby stuff times two!! My mother in law is throwing me a baby shower, I'll be 31 almost 32 weeks when it's my baby shower & worried it'll be cutting it close. Sorry this so long, needed to vent a little, so worried & praying the babies don't come to early!!
