Baby Shower
This is our second child (DD will be 20 months old when this baby is due). My best friend mentioned throwing me a baby shower for this baby since we sold most of our stuff after DD outgrew it. My question is: Are you having a baby shower if this is not your first child? If so how old are your children?
Most people where I live, aside from DH and my family firmly believe if there isn't a 5 year gap in between children there is no baby shower.
I've heard that the "rule" has changed but I'm looking for some opinions. I plan on funding the majority of the baby shower if there is one. We are perfectly fine without having one, I was just curious as to whether or not it's even worth the time to take it any further.
