Positive now cramps

Got my positive 4 days before AF did 3 tests just to make sure lol since I had a mc last year been having lost of nausea dizziness no appetite everything thing I eat makes me feel ill today supposed to have been my AF and nausea is not as bad feeling slight pain hubby thinks I'm over thinking and worrying but all this talk of false positives am so scared can't stop worrying
