Help Me

Is it possible to have a light period? All my life I had heavy periods with heavy cramps but I end up having a very light period with no cramps 3 days till my period is supposed to start... I had this happening last month during the time this app said I was ovulation I had a light period with no cramps for 7 days. Only thing I be having is being nausea and couldn't stand the smell of food one time.can anyone help me?
