Mucus plug?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant, I just had the worst contraction of my life 10 minutes ago and when I went to the bathroom this was in my underwear... Could this be my mucus plug?

Yes you can loose parts of your mucus plug throughout your pregnancy and it regenerates itself dont stress

Looks like it. I went I to labor the day after that started happening with my last pregnancy. But I have heard of people going a few wks after as well. Just be ready. Make sure your bag is packed and daddy knows to answer his phone. And CONGRATS!!! :-)

Looks like a portion of it! Baby may be here soon! 😊 I lost bits of mine for a week or two before I had mine and then lost the rest the day before.
