Confused?

I've only been using opk's and charting mucus for a few months now. Well, I got two questionably positive tests on the 6th and 7th ( which was earlier than I was expecting), but didn't have ewcm and slight cramping until today (10th). Is it normal to have that much time between positive test and the actual symptoms? My other months weren't like that.
