Wisdom teeth ?

So my wisdom teeth began to grow in when i found out i was pregnant. I am now 17w3d and the pain is driving me insane! My dentist has told me to get them out a.s.a.p but I'm terrified of something happening to my baby doing that surgery. I'm due in November and to me it seems so far away but if it's the best way to keep my baby safe I'd rather stick with the pain. But any who my question is if any of you ladies had to go through this? Is it okay to get them out while pregnant or best to wait?
