My baby boy hates bottles
So, he started life in the NICU, taking bottles of my breastmilk... It took us weeks to get to ebf with no bottles. But now that he's so used to breastfeeding, when I do have to give him a bottle of expressed milk, he chews on the nipple, cries, and when he finally does give in, he sinks it soooo slowly and only will drink an ounce or two (enough to curb his hunger until he can get a boob I think) and at the same time he's fussing getting an ounce down, I'm pumping 5. I'm really not sure what I'm going to do. Do you think he makes up for what he didn't eat when he does nurse again? I don't want him to stop gaining weight. He was doing so good when we were at home. (He has doubled his birthweight and he's 2 months old.😀) will my supply adjust to make more at the times I can be with him to nurse? Even though I'm still pumping on the old routine as if I were there bf?
