EPO, mucus plug, contractions/cramps
Hello ladies:
So just FYI-
I am a 28y/o, completely healthy first time expecting mother.
I've been taking the Evening Primrose Oil vaginally for about 2 weeks. Today, at 38w4days, I lost my mucus plug. Right after, I am now experiencing some noticeable cramps/contractions. I'm keeping an eye on my situation for the next hour or so before I get excited.
