Ultrasound =)
I went to a local resource center for a confirmation of pregnancy at 4 weeks and a few days. They set me up for an ultrasound and I went and got it today. Out little baby was moving all over. We saw arms and legs and it's quick little heartbeat. Such a blessing to see, I was so afraid we would get bad news. The kids loved seeing "their" baby too.
