Being nauseous and vomiting is different then being just nauseous. I would take vomiting over nauseous in a minute. And the fact that it's at 7 weeks is pretty early for me seeing as though I started feeling nauseous with my son at about 10 weeks. I actually want to vomit but can't. lol
