Bone broth?

Does anyone drink bone broth while pregnant? I heard it's supposed to be so good for you and your growing baby. Do you mix it with anything or just have it alone? Thanks!

Theirs not much you can really have with it I use it as stock to add to other dishes it's tests so much better instead of those little cubes think you can have crackers or something like that with it

Bone broth is excellent for you and the baby. It may be an acquired taste but it is good alone.
