Early baby?

I was having some pre-term labor symptoms and so yesterday I went in for several tests and an ultrasound. I am 30 weeks today and baby was measuring 32 weeks 1 day plus they estimated her at 4.6 lbs already. I saw the nurse practitioner yesterday and I don't see my actual doctor for another week but I was just curious if anyone had a similar experience and if they're baby actually came earlier? Also, did your doctor change your due date based on the new information?
