Twin possibilities

Hey guys. So this is my 3rd pregnancy after 2 mc everything is so far so good. My first pregnancy was a fraternal twin pregnancy and apparently they run in both me and my husbands family. Does any one know the possibility that this is a twin pregnancy or that I will have another one in th future if we decide to have more children?  I had an ultrasound at 6.5 weeks with my first but didn't find out till my 10w there were 2sacks. So far with this one only one peanut but I've only had one ultrasound.
