Insight please

Hello ladies I am new to this me and my husband have been trying to conceive since October. We ened up getting prego but shortly after i misscarried. I took a opk and it was positive the 6th and now I'm sick days past ovulation haven't noticed any obvious signs. is it too soon? did anybody else not have any signs and end up pregnant? Waiting is the hardest part
