12 weeks today and got a call from doctor!

Makes me a little mad that almost a month after my first appt. i get a message on my from OB's nurse saying to call back soon they need to speak w me!! Of course I am freaking out and call back asap just to go to voicemail!! Ugh, finally they call back 2 hrs later And say well we found antibodies in your labs..... Of course im like thinking is everything ok?? Finally shes like your doing fine but we need to do more labs!! Ok is it me or should they have called me a lot sooner about this?!?
