Please help!

So do yall see the faint positive that I see? Ok... Here's my question. I'm due for my period tomorrow. Up until today I've had all negatives. Today got this faint positive. But... I started bleeding yesterday. I assumed it was my period and it has been heavier than what I would call "spotting" but not has heavy as a period. I had a D&C three months ago. So what do yall think? Could the bleeding have been implantation bleeding and just a little heavier because of the D&C? Could this be a chemical miscarriage? Or just a false positive? Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. I am at peace with whatever it is just wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation.
