Freaking out!

Ive been having pregnancy symptoms the last two weeks or so and this morning I went to the bathroom an when I wiped there was a light pink. It scared me, and through out the day it got darker and darker and I went to the bathroom just a minute ago and it was a bright red and there was little tissue Bits. Its only there when I wipe tho, ive been wearing a pad all day and I've only gotten a few blood drops...an ive had slight cramping. .. should I be worried??? My period isn't due for another 7 days. .. My friend and SO say to not worry but im scared.... please help
