Leg cramps anyone?? If so how far along are you?

Been having some leg cramps on and off, I'm currently 18 weeks 4days, was wondering if I'm alone here??

Drink more water! I have been getting lots of muscle twitches and cramps and when I drink lots of water it helps for sure

Started at 10 weeks. Now 17. My doctor had me take magnesium. It helped a lot. Ask your doctor about it!

Cramps can be from dehydration or lack of several minerals, mine tend to be calcium. Tums has been the only thing to help me!
