A little advice/help is needed and appreciated

Af showed up on time but everything this month pointed towards pregnancy. She didn't show her face till me and my husband started lifting dressers and our mattress to rearrange our bedroom. I've been bleeding heavy with a lot of clots since Tuesday but I still feel like there's a possibility I'm pregnant dispite the fact of the bleeding I see my Obgyn Monday afternoon so I will be talking to her but is there anyone out there that has experienced this and was still in fact pregnant without it being a miscarriage?
