Scared!

I just found out I was pregnant not too long ago, I'm 6 weeks along and despite the fact that my boyfriend and I are only 19 we plan on keeping the baby and being responsible for our consequence of not using protection. We both just finished our second year of college, and before this happened I was getting ready to transfer but it might have to be put on hold. We haven't told our parents yet because we want to first figure out our plan and decide when we want to move in. I'm really terried to tell my mom, especially because she got pregnant when she was 19 and I've seen how she's struggled 'till this day; of course disappointing my mom is the last thing I want. I really need some suggestions on how I can tell her!
