When did you start buying baby stuff

When do you/did you start baby baby's stuff?

With my first baby I was so excited that I started buying the big things like crib and stroller right away. I think I had bought over 200 diapers before I even found out the gender. This time I'm waiting to find out the gender because I already have the big things. The only thing I've bought is diapers. I'm doing cloth this time.

I only bought a few things but we had the blood test reveal it's  a girl at 12 or 13 weeks & I have bought a few things since.

First time, after 12 weeks; second time after 20 weeks; this time I think we just need a bike trailer and carsest. Bike trailer we'll get when we can as looking secondhand. Carsest can wait.
