Huge question!
Okay so yesterday I was um a little backed up and it hurt so bad and this morning I wake up to (TMI) vomiting and the runs and the same time! But I don't have a fever so I don't think it's the flue. I'm thinking it might be pregnancy but I don't know. Has anyone else had this and been pregnant? Or is it something else?
