What would you do?

M • Loving life! ❤️✌️
Let me start by saying I understand this is a decision that is 100% on my husband and I to make based on what's best for us and or life together. I'm just curious to hear some opinions and possibly some outside viewpoints I hadn't considered!
Long story (attempting to be) short: I have Multiple Sclerosis so TTC and pregnancy had to be very planned things for us involving testing and going off meds. Thank goodness things have worked in our favor so far and I've had a wonderful first pregnancy, expecting baby boy in August 😊 I saw my neurologist that manages my MS yesterday to discuss post birth treatment plans. He said as long as I'm breastfeeding and my disease behaves there's no need to start treatment again until I'm ready. We talked about whether it would be best to have our second child before starting treatment and all that again or if I should give my body some time off from pregnancy. Based on how wonderfully my body has taken to pregnancy he said he'd support me either way and that the choice was entirely up to us. If I go back on meds first I'd want to be on them for a while before throwing my body for the loop of going off again to TTC. So now we have to decide...do we have 2 back to back or do we wait 4-5 years in between? My husband is kind of digging the idea of "Irish twins" back to back and I think I could like that too! Any thoughts or sharing of personal experiences are welcome, thanks!
