Mother-in-law

I have a controlling mother in law who wants to tell me what to do. She doesn't care I'm pregnant she calls yelling at me chewing me out saying I took her son away, (even though she is the stepmom.) she says I'm going to kill her because of her blood sugar? And says all I care about is my pregnancy! I'm 6 weeks ! What can I do?!
