Temp Spike 2 days after Peak OPK. Does that mean I ovulated and released an egg?

I've been temping and taking Clearblue Advanced opk's. I got my "peak" opk Thursday night. My temp yesterday was 97.12 and today was 97.58. Does that indicated I released the egg and ovulation did in fact happen? Just curious why I got the spike a day and a half after my peak opk. THANKS!!!
