Ovulation test testing

This is my first time using ovulation tests. When should I start testing? Af is in town right now should be gone in a day or so. Should I test when it's gone or wait till glow says I'm ovulating? The 23 looks like my "peek" day according to glow. Thanks for the help! Ttc #2 never actually tried to get pregnant before my daughter wasn't planned she was just a nice surprise after I turned 18. Now she's almost 6 and I can't wait anymore for my second baby!
