Pregnancy dreams

I keep having pregnancy dreams! Its kinda starting to freak me out. I'd always talk to my bf that I wasn't sure that I wanted kids but the first dream I had, I gave birth and I was so happy and so Inlove. When I woke up I was so freaked out. Then last night I had another pregnancy dream. My bf believes in this whole spirtiual thing and thinks I might be pregnant. Has this happened to any of you???
