Boy or girl ultrasound

I had an ultrasound last week and when I asked if she could tell the sex (at 16 weeks 2 days) she said it looked like swollen girl parts or maybe it hadn't descended yet... Either way I'm blessed just curious how would you take that lol? I have a boy and a girl and I find out in a little over a week anyways :) thanks!!
