Completely irregular

We have just started ttc baby number 2. I have endometriosis (was told couldn't get pregnant the first time) and my cycle is irregular. I've been tracking for months and there is no rhyme or reason and I have ovulation and pms pain but sometimes it's hard to tell if it's either of those or endo pain.  By the apps predictions af is due 6/23 but it could be earlier. If it is that date then I ovulated this week.
