What can I take?

I think my son gave me his cold 😖 I have a runny nose and now my throat is starting to hurt from post nasal drip. I'm not home and don't have my list of approved meds. Anything I can take to help?!

Here's a picture of my updated list from my doctor. Tylenol cold products are ok, and so are Benadryl, mucinex and sudafed

Not much, suds fed is what you should use if you weren't preggo but it's not recommended while pregnant. I've had multiple colds this pregnancy and the only thing I can use is cough drops/lozenges, saline nasal spray, Tylenol for headache and if I get nasal congestion I like to do sinus rinses. Hope you feel better soon!
