Uti.... Can it make you start spotting?

Please help I am worried got my levels tested 2 days ago and they were 44.  They said that was low.  The. Last night I went to pee and it burned so bad went to the er and they said it is a uti.  They are sending it off for cultures and see what else comes up.  Could the uti have made my spotting start?  Can I still have a viable pregnancy?  Success stories please give me hope.  I don't want to miscarry again
