How to get rid of these bumps

So when I shave and sometimes when I let it grow out a little I ALWAYS have these red bumps between my vag and leg (idk if that makes sense) it's been getting worse and worse and idk what to do. Im not sure if it's irritated from rubbing or if it's like little pimples (sometimes they get white heads) I'm not sure what to do!!! Should I switch soap? I am pregnant and they seem to be worse. I don't wear undies it seems when I do it actually gets worse. Anyone have any tips? I don't want hubby looking or going down there when even I think it's gross to see.
