So I just had my IUD taken out on May 28th and a got my period june 1st and til june 12th but I had sex with hubby while still bleeding now my period is gone could I still get pregnant even though he didn't finish inside of me and we didn't use any protection at all?  Or am I just over thinking it?

Prob just over thinking. Once u stop your birth control.. It takes like 2 weeks for your body to start to adjust to not having it. In other words your body still thinks you have your IUD in you already. You most def can get pregnant from pre cum .. Although i do think you are stressing over it more than it should be stressed. If you want insurance.. Take a test in 2 weeks from the day you had sex. I suggest first response because they are very accurate. Hope all goes well !
