With my first pregnancy I ate anything and everything(except raw sushi) without any worries and had a healthy 9months of pregnancy.Now I have this app I see all these crazy what you can and can't eat stuff and I pay no mind I say if your craving it eat it.😏

If your reallu worry just heat it up for a couple seconds. But I eat dei meat, tuna, subway, and my daughter is perfectly healthy☺

I eat deli meat from the grocery store. Never subway!!! Even if you ask them to double toast it, I still wouldn't trust their food.

Yes. Nearly every day. If I didn't, I wouldn't eat lunch. And I never warmed it up.
