Sad day

I'm looking for hope 😞 has anyone had an ultrasound and doctor found a white spot on the bowel? Doctor says is a sign of Down syndrome but already had the first test for that and it came out negative at 12 weeks. And today at 20w1day doc found that plus fluid in the kidneys and another white spot in the heart. I'm so scared God please help my baby boy
