Anyone have to take antibiotics during pregnancy?

Doctor prescribed Cephalexin for a skin infection. I'm freaking out. Anyone take antibiotics in the first or second trimester and have a healthy baby at the end?

Yes in the first trimester. I had tonsilitis and sinus infection. So far she is super healthy.

I thought I had a UTI and was told it could be treated...but then it wasn't that (i would have been given the same RX). It's category B, so its safe. It's best to get the infection cleared up.

Took a zpak around 18 weeks with my first for a virus that wouldn't go away. She was born at 42 weeks completely healthy. I had to take a zpak again with this one and so far baby is doing great. I hate taking medicine period, and especially while pregnant. But the medicine is better than being sick or having an infection.

Anyone have to take antibiotics during pregnancy?
