Nipple pain and take action morning-after pill

So I took Take Action (a generic morning-after pill found over the counter) about 2weeks ago on a Saturday. Didn't get any spotting or anything until that Wednesday ,which normally with Plan-b I would spot the next day. Spotted for about two and a half days then it went away but by that Sunday my nipple and breast began to hurt. And every day since then they have gotten worst and fill heavier everyday. It's to early to take a test. But should I be worried at all????? Someone help please ????
