Do i keep hope or just deal with miscarriage

I was told to download this app. Tuesday I was told that I'm in the process of miscarrying. I was 4 weeks. I'm holding on to hope in till my next appointment Thursday. My first pregnancy and possible miscarriage.

I went through a similar situation about 1 year ago. I was pregnant and didn't know anything was wrong until I went to my first ultrasound. I was told it I was going through a possible missed miscarriage. The waiting was horrible. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know this is a difficult time. I'm sorry I don't a definitive answer for you but I wish you the best ♡

Keep us posted of your situation. I had a very similar case, first pregnancy December last year with natural miscarriage in February. It is not an easy thing to go through mentally. My thoughts are with you and feel free to send any questions you might have. I am sorry you are going through this, however I found out that unfortunately  it happens to a lot of woman.
